Crow Hassan Park Reserve
Enjoy the peaceful wilderness along the Crow River at this regional park. Here you can hike with your pup at the dog off-leash area; pack a lunch and have a picnic while taking in the fall colors; spend a snowy day cross-country skiing or snowshoeing, canoe on the scenic Crow River, or even camp with your horse!
Parks & Recreation
Rogers is home to 32 city parks, which occupy 601 acres and a trail system of 66 miles. Amenities within the various parks include basketball courts, baseball diamonds, picnic areas, disc golf, playgrounds, dog parks, community gardens and more.
Henry’s Woods
Over 40 acres of the original Big Woods that once covered central Minnesota. The park features the original Henry “Sugar Shack”, which is still used to process maple syrup on-site. The park also offers nature programs and scenic hiking trails.
Rogers Activity Center
Home to the Rogers Youth Hockey Association and the Rogers Royals High School Hockey teams! Featured are hockey camps and leagues, public skating, pond hockey and a large activity room for community events.
Rockin’ Rogers Days
An annual community celebration, featuring a carnival, live music, parade, tennis and softball tournaments, classic car show & more!
Rotary Golf Tournament
An annual golf tourney which raises money for the Rogers Rotary Foundation. The foundation uses the funds raised to strengthen the community and enrich the lives of community members.
Farmer’s Market
Shop local – and fresh! Located near the Veterans Memorial, the market is open Wednesdays, from mid-June to the beginning of October.
Community Gardens
Garden plots are available at either the Water Tower Garden or Lions Central Park Garden for residents to plant and harvest their own vegetables.
Movies at Dusk
Fridays throughout the summer, bring a blanket and enjoy movies & popcorn at dusk! Lions Park.
Halloween Carnival & Skate
A relatively new annual event, wear your costume and ice-skate for free at the Rogers Activity Center!
