Centra Again Honored as a 2020 Homebuyers’ Choice Top 10 Builder

Centra Homes has been recognized nationally for excellence in Design Experience and First Year Quality by a nationwide customer experience management company

For the second year in a row, Twin Cities-based homebuilder Centra Homes has received national acclaim from the Eliant Homebuyers’ Choice Awards. 

The 2020 honors come in the categories of Excellence in Design Experience and First Year Quality. The recognition is the result of Eliant’s analysis of over 170,000 customer experience surveys spanning 178 major builders in the US.  

Centra Homes Founder and President Dale Wills says that national acclaim like this in consecutive years is “humbling” because it ultimately comes from clients.

Wills credits a streamlined warranty process, a revamped leadership team and investments in human capital as key drivers of his team’s award-winning service. “Service begins with strong people taking customer care seriously and we’ve got some of the best,” says Wills.  

Founded in 2011, Centra Homes has grown exponentially, swelling to over $300 million in new construction over the past nine years. Wills says that even with that incredible growth, his team has worked to maintain it’s focus.
