Cottages of Heritage Oaks, Ham Lake

July 7th, 2015

Centra Homes is pleased to announce that its first units at Cottages of Heritage Oaks are move-in ready. Centra Homes had previously acquired the remaining 11 single-family home lots in an existing subdivision in Ham Lake. The Cottages of Heritage Oaks is located off of Highway 65 near the border with Blaine.

“The community looks beautiful. We have just finished up construction on the remaining homes” says Centra Homes Founder and President Dale Wills.

Centra Homes built rambler style homes that offer convenient, one-level living with a full basement. Homeowners who choose to finish the basement also have a nice space for when family or grandkids visit.

“It is really a fantastic opportunity for empty nesters,” says Wills.

In addition, it is a community-maintained neighborhood with a strong homeowners association that takes care of exterior maintenance. So, homeowners don’t have to shovel snow or mow their lawns.

Cottages of Heritage Oaks homes offer 1,488 square feet of main level living space with up to 2,550 total square feet for owners who choose to fully finish the basement. Centra Homes offers multiple design options that range from 1 to 3 bedrooms and 1.5 and 3 baths and all include a three-car garage. Prices start at $311,000 with standard features such as designer kitchens, distinctive interiors, energy-saving systems and Centra Homes’ trademark quality construction.
